Eocene mammals are not unpopular really, but fossil bats are very rarely discussed outside of scientific conferences and research discussions. Hopefully after this week that trend will begin to change and more links for fossil bats and more information about them will begin to show up online; That is not the end goal of course but spreading more facts about this small fossil bat would not at all be a bad thing.
